Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not take phone orders for accuracy purposes.  If you are calling to place an order, we will redirect you to our website to place your order online or ask you to send an email.

If you are calling to check on the status of an order, please allow us to respond to you within our stated timeframes: First digital proofs will be emailed within two business days, revisions will be emailed within one business day, production will take 2-3 weeks from final proof, and shipping in the US takes 2-5 days, international takes 1-3 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

An order can only be cancelled before printing. If you are not pleased with the digital proofs, you may request to cancel your order and get a refund. However, we strive for your customer satisfaction, so we will work with you extensively during the proofing process. An exception to this policy applies to Custom Orders, we do not allow refunds for the custom design fee.

You can increase or decrease the quantity that you ordered at anytime during the proofing process. Once you give us your final approval to print, we may not be able to accommodate quantity changes.

 

Return & Refund Policy 

Your cards will be printed exactly as the final proof shows. Please review your proofs carefully and acknowledge our disclaimers below (also listed in your digital proofs).

  • WOOD VARIATION: This is a natural product, so color and grain will vary. Some pieces may come with typical wood characteristics like knots or streaks.
  • INK COLOR: Actual ink color may appear slightly different when printed on wood.  We cannot guarantee exact color requests.
  • POSTAGE: We recommend taking your complete invitation suite to your local post office for exact weight and postage price.
  • EXTRAS: Please consider ordering extra invitations now just in case. If you end up needing more in the future, we will charge a $20.00 reprint fee in addition to the cost of the invitations.
  • PROOFREADING: All sales are final once we produce your final order, so please make sure that the final proof is correct. You are responsible for proofreading all content, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Please read through every word carefully.  We also recommend that you review this with any interested parties, such as parents of the bride and groom, event planner, etc..
  • PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Normal production time is approximately two weeks from payment and final proof approval. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-5 days in the US. International delivery takes 7-14 days. You are responsible for any international customs duties/fees. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost shipments.

All sales are final. All of our products are customized and made to order. We cannot resell or reuse any cards that have been printed for you. If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, please let us know and we can try to find a resolution. In the event that there is an error on our part (the cards that you receive do not match the final proof that you approved), we will redo them immediately.
